Job Title: Regional Sales Professional
Job Description:
We are seeking a result-oriented sales professional to drive regional growth by managing and expanding our dealer/distributor network. This is a field-based role ideal for professionals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and agricultural solutions.
The successful candidate will execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company targets, identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in assigned territories, monitor competitor activity and market trends, achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, promote the brand through dealer events and local marketing, support demand generation and word-of-mouth campaigns, ensure dealer satisfaction and relationship management, and prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: MBA (Marketing or Agriculture) or any graduate experience
Experience: 1-4 years in a relevant sales role, preferably in the pump industry, pipe/cable/fittings industry, seeds & pesticides industry, or agricultural implements industry
Key skills: convincing and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, strategic thinking and market analysis, effective time and team management, proficiency in MS Office, adaptable and self-driven attitude
Benefits:
Salary: up to ₹40,000/month (negotiable)

Base location: Ho, Rajkot, Gujarat
