Job Role:

  • A Field Sales Officer is required to generate primary sales orders by visiting general and trade outlets on a daily basis.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Food/FMCG Sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
  • Language proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is required for effective communication with clients and vendors.

  • Region B - Khed, RajguruNagar, Pabal, Dhamari, Chincholi, Malthan, Savindane, Kavathe, Manchar, Lakhangoan, Pimparkhed, Peth, Bahul
  • Region G - Loni Kalbhor, Uruli Kanchan, Shindaone, Pisarve, Yavat, Kasurdi, Bhandgoan, Boripardhi, Varvand, Naygoan, supe, Morgoan, Jogwadi, Nandur, Koregoan Mul, Nagargoan, Sadalgoan, Pargoan
  • Marathi, Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily visits to general and trade outlets to promote and sell products.
  • Maintaining good relations with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
