
Expert Customer Engagement Specialist

Developing engaging customer experiences is a complex task that requires innovative strategies and expert execution. As a Braze Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by crafting personalized campaigns that resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform, leveraging Liquid templating and Canvas to create tailored experiences.
- Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs, ensuring seamless data exchange and streamlined workflows.
- Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation, providing actionable insights to inform campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into actionable Braze workflows, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for user privacy, data security, and regulatory requirements, safeguarding customer trust.
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on using Braze, empowering them to unlock its full potential and drive business success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Braze platform, including experience with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web).
- Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms, such as Salesforce or Segment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
