Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our product strategy and execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers and business partners.

Your focus will be on Unica Marketing Platform, where you will work closely with Development to identify key market trends and competitive insights, create breakthrough features, and develop a SAAS solution that blends existing strengths, optimizes costs, and differentiates in the market.

You will have a significant impact on:

  • Retaining existing customers and driving renewals through incremental features and roadmaps.
  • Identifying key market trends and competitive insights to create breakthrough features that address existing gaps in the product.
  • Developing a SAAS solution that blends the existing strengths of the product, optimizes costs, and differentiates it in the market.
  • Executing the roadmap with prioritization and precision in collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
