As a key business growth driver, you will foster robust relationships with corporate entities, banks, distributors, and agents in the region to accelerate business expansion.

You will develop business opportunities through consultative engagements with Finance/Treasury heads and/or CEOs.

Additionally, you will work closely with Branch managers, Senior RMs, and Regional Heads to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, selling, managing RMs/Sales people in banks in the region who also operate in mutual funds.

You are expected to achieve sales targets, analyze sales patterns in the market, and conduct market industry analysis.

Your role involves generating increasing sales revenue and developing a network of agents and distributors.

Selection and motivation of agents/distributors are crucial for success in this position.

  • Relationship management is a critical component of this role.
