Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive sales expansion in specific industry verticals and territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales strategies for assigned verticals and territories by identifying potential clients, analyzing market trends, and understanding customer needs.
- Maintain regular monitoring of sales targets and initiate corrective actions as required to meet or exceed goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans within predefined timelines and criteria.
- Negotiate terms with clients, including product specifications, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Built and maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and resolve queries efficiently.
- Liaise with distributors and dealers to manage stock levels, invoices, payments, and escalate significant issues to superiors.
- Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues and resolve complaints within defined timelines.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from multiple channels and provide data to the marketing team on potential expansion possibilities.
Territory Management:
- Analyze territory developments and provide insights to the marketing team on potential expansion opportunities.
