Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key schools that generate significant revenue for the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new schools and expand existing relationships to deepen our penetration of various products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs to provide solutions and support their retention and growth.
  • Serve as a bridge between key customers and internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Ensure customer success through post-sales support, managing concerns and issues, and updating them on new developments.
  • Achieve designated acquisition, product penetration, and revenue budgets.
  • Work closely with various verticals and support teams to provide end-to-end solutions to customers.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including key account management and relationship management, preferably in education, edtech, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation and conceptual selling skills, with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce, and help desk support software.
