Key Role: Field Operations Supervisor

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel across different states to ensure the smooth operation of biomass facilities.

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Operations Supervisor who can lead our operations, optimize data management, and maintain a positive work environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating an ecosystem that leads towards a self-sustaining operational model, improving stakeholder participation on the platform, and making it the decision-maker for operations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Aggregation
    • Monthly, Weekly & Daily scheduling, planning on the platform.
    • Updating offers, creating deals, and deliveries of inward goods.
    • Ensuring loading, unloading, invoice verification stays live.
    • Readiness of machine deployment plans, seasonal understanding, modifications in machinery is vital.
  • Rural Network Development Operations Part
    • Awareness of partner models and keeping training, certification programs paced up to the desired level. Creating a plan for the season as part of readiness.
    • Understanding and removing bottlenecks in aggregation, logistics, and promoters' daily tasks to ensure participation.
    • Maintaining a positive work environment at biomass facilities.
    • Leading operations and utilization of the platform.
    • Maintaining data sanctity.

The ideal candidate profile includes:

  • Ability to create and manage relationships.
  • Concept sales experience, exposure to dealing with farmers/FPOs/other rural business entities.
  • Understanding of internet-based platforms.
  • Ability to build trust.
  • Education/training in Agri Sciences/Rural Business.
  • People management/leadership.
  • Presentation/communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the local language.
  • Knowledge of the local language is a must.
  • Assertive and friendly.
  • Leadership traits.
