Job Title: Learning Operations Coordinator

Role Overview:

As a Learning Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, providing support to learners, and coordinating with internal teams. You will serve as the point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Learners: Provide timely and accurate resolution of learner inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with course designers, tech support, instructors, and course SPOCs to manage program timelines, ensure alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per business requirements.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in a customer support role with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Tech Savviness: Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools, with an interest or background in EdTech being a plus.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across teams to provide exceptional learner support.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
