Job Title: Project Coordinator for IT Projects

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to support our organization in managing projects effectively.

This role is ideal for individuals early in their careers who are eager to learn, adaptable, and driven to take ownership of tasks while growing into larger responsibilities in project management.

The ideal candidate can multitask, stay organized under pressure, and work with speed and accuracy. They should be able to track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.

  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, fast, and effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.
  • Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary.

The Project Coordinator will provide operational excellence and administrative support to the project team. They should have strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize, be a smart problem-solver with good written and verbal communication, and have the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
