Project Coordination Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our team. As a project coordination specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Your primary objective will be to coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively. You will work closely with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Additionally, you will assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management, and ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

You will analyze risks and opportunities, oversee project procurement management, monitor progress, and handle any issues that arise. As the point of contact, you will communicate project status to all participants and collaborate with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers. Furthermore, you will use tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures, create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, and conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. You should have excellent client-facing and teamwork skills, as well as experience with risk management and quality assurance control. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel is also essential. Previous experience as an Associate Project Manager is preferred but not required.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • Prior experience as an Associate Project Manager (3-5 years).
