Retail Operations Manager Opportunity

Support the daily operations of a retail outlet as a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer & Sales Management:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive store sales and customer retention.
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
    • Support achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Inventory & Store Operations:
    • Manage stock levels, replenishment, and timely ordering.
    • Ensure proper inventory control and minimize shrinkage.
    • Coordinate logistics for smooth handling of home delivery orders.
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Displays:
    • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
    • Update promotional displays, signage, and in-store layouts regularly.
  • Service Delivery (Spa & Grooming):
    • Assist with managing spa and grooming appointments.
    • Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure quality pet spa services.
    • Follow up with customers on spa experiences.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise floor staff and assign responsibilities.
    • Train new employees on customer handling and store procedures.
    • Maintain store discipline, hygiene, and operational standards.
    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of experience in retail or store management.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail processes.
    • Ability to multitask and manage store operations.
    • Good communication and leadership skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in pet retail, spa, grooming, or lifestyle retail.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and prioritizes delivering excellent customer experiences.
