About the Role

As an Experience Manager, you will lead the operations of the SolarSquare Experience Centre, ensuring seamless store management, team leadership, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience, driving sales conversions, and managing escalations, while also providing valuable insights to the central team. This is a strategic and customer-facing leadership role crucial to achieving store-level business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management & Operations

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience.

- Manage facilities, including security, cleanliness, and maintenance.

- Coordinate kiosks, BTL activities, and in-store events.

- Create and maintain a high-energy, customer-first environment.

Team Leadership & Training

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Experience Leads.

- Conduct regular reviews, sales huddles, and training sessions.

- Drive a performance-oriented culture and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.

Customer Experience & Lead Conversion

- Monitor and improve the lead conversion funnel to maximize engagement.

- Analyze customer traffic, demographics, and buying behavior to refine strategies.

- Support Experience Leads in deal closures and handle escalations effectively.

- Ensure smooth coordination of Design Evaluation Visits (DEV) with the operations team.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

- Drive store sales and track performance metrics.

- Analyze footfall, revenue, and lead-to-sale conversions.

- Implement initiatives to enhance sales performance and conversion rates.

Expansion & Strategic Insights

- Scout and evaluate new store locations based on customer potential.

- Share regular reports on store performance, customer insights, and sales conversions.

- Collaborate with the central team to address operational challenges and optimize 5+ years of experience in retail sales and store management (experience in solar, real estate, financial products, or high-value consumer goods preferred).

- Strong leadership skills with proven team management and training experience.

- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage escalations, and improve store performance.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales funnel tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is an advantage
