About the Role: Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the long-term benefits of regular solar panel maintenance, the importance of AMCs, and the value proposition of SolarSquare's services.
- Pitch and discuss with high-quality leads for the sales team by doing the pre warm up calls with potential customers for AMC services.
- Participate in local promotional events, workshops, and awareness drives to maximize reach and engagement.
- Gather market feedback, customer insights, and intelligence from the field to inform marketing strategies during Customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image of Assure by SolarSquare during all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: No Bar should have calling experience and open to making phone calls and understanding Customer pains.
- Relevant Professional Experience: 0-2 years experience in field marketing, direct sales, community engagement, or Below The Line (BTL) campaign execution. Experience in promoting services or products directly to consumers is highly valued.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer empathy.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse customer types via Phone calls.
- Basic Computer Knowledge in Excel, and Whatsapp for reporting.
- A basic understanding of solar energy and its benefits (training will be provided).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the electrical / energy sector / BPO / KPO experience.
