Your Position

You will be responsible for spearheading revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing bespoke solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Prospect Identification and Engagement: Use market research, cold calling, and digital platforms to identify potential clients.
  2. Client Business Understanding: Understand client businesses and insurance requirements, building strong relationships.
  3. Insurance Product Information: Offer detailed information about various insurance products, including property, liability, health, and life insurance.
  4. Sales Performance: Communicate value propositions, negotiate terms, and close leads.
  5. Team Collaboration: Align strategies with external sales and account management teams to meet sales targets.
  6. Accurate Record Keeping: Document client interactions, proposals, and policies accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  7. Market Analysis and Feedback: Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Professional Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation/inside sales, preferably in General Insurance or Insurance broking.
  2. Communication Skills: Effective communication with diverse levels of management.
  3. Critical Thinking Skills: Good analytical skills.
  4. Insurance Expertise: Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
  5. Technical Aptitude: Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, PPT, Excel etc.

Location: Mumbai

Expected Compensation: ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum
