Your Position
You will be responsible for spearheading revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing bespoke solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification and Engagement: Use market research, cold calling, and digital platforms to identify potential clients.
- Client Business Understanding: Understand client businesses and insurance requirements, building strong relationships.
- Insurance Product Information: Offer detailed information about various insurance products, including property, liability, health, and life insurance.
- Sales Performance: Communicate value propositions, negotiate terms, and close leads.
- Team Collaboration: Align strategies with external sales and account management teams to meet sales targets.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Document client interactions, proposals, and policies accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Market Analysis and Feedback: Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Professional Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation/inside sales, preferably in General Insurance or Insurance broking.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with diverse levels of management.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Good analytical skills.
- Insurance Expertise: Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
- Technical Aptitude: Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, PPT, Excel etc.
Location: Mumbai
Expected Compensation: ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum
