Job Overview:

About the Role:
This high-visibility position will drive growth strategies across various functions, ensuring end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying key pain points, and developing strategies to overcome them.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase order conversion, generic substitution, and user retention.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive cross-functional execution of growth programs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting quantifiable results and qualitative insights to inform decision-making.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from ₹60 lakh to ₹80 lakh per annum (approx.), along with ESOPs providing additional upside potential.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce growth or strategy roles.

- Experience in the pharmacy space or product management/analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, or Marathi languages.
