Senior Investment Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the sales team in executing daily bond trades by providing market insights and analyzing trends.
  • To collaborate with vendors to develop investment strategies that align with client goals.
  • To analyze cash flows and prices for various bonds, ensuring timely updates and informed decision-making.
  • To train the sales team on available products, focusing on last-mile conversion and joint client calls with relationship managers.
  • To resolve post-sales queries for clients and the sales team, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • To monitor debt instrument ratings and update the team on upgrades and downgrades, maintaining a competitive edge.
  • To oversee the debt MF basket, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • To develop creative marketing strategies to promote onboarded debt products, driving business growth.
  • To conduct research and analyze fixed income market investment products, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • To articulate each strategy's positioning, effectively communicating value to clients.
  • To partner with asset management companies for new products, preparing comprehensive marketing materials.
  • To drive business growth in fixed income and structured products through the sales team and digital channels.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 2-4 years of experience in fixed income or related fields.
  • NISM-Series-XXII: Fixed Income Securities Certification Examination (desired but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
