Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead deal origination and execution initiatives in the debt syndication space.

About The Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and acquiring new deals in stressed assets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in the debt syndication market
  • Create and present financial models to clients and stakeholders, including cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
  • Analyze historical financial statements and work orders executed to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare information memoranda and appraisal notes for lenders, as well as resolution plans for clients

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in debt restructuring, OTS funding, and RBI guidelines on stressed assets is highly desirable. Knowledge of infrastructure sectors such as roads, power, and airports would be an added advantage.
