Debt Recovery Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to manage debt recovery in our retail banking division.
The role involves overseeing the collections process, optimizing EMI retrieval, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and execute debt collection processes for assigned debts.
- Regularly monitor portfolio performance across specific buckets in designated areas.
- Track delinquency rates and days past due (DPD) for non-starters, focusing on corrective actions.
- Assign targets to internal teams and external agencies, and follow up with default customers.
- Ensure adherence to established collection processes and legal frameworks.
- Initiate recovery processes for absconded customers and recommend legal action for non-recoverable cases.
- Maintain data records for administrative tasks related to collections, including updating account history, generating MIS reports, and reviewing feedback.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from any institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in debt recovery.
