Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Collection Professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire collection process from initial contact through final settlement, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage field collections across soft and hard buckets, prioritizing timely resolution and maximum recovery.
- Collaborate with multiple collection agencies, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Oversee high-volume cases, focusing on chronic and high-value accounts to drive successful resolutions.
- Coordinate auditor visits and guarantor engagements, promoting transparency and mutual understanding.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with collection software and technology, coupled with a results-driven mindset focused on achieving high recovery rates.
