About the Key Account Department:

We are looking for a highly motivated Fleet Business Development Manager to join our team at BYD Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in dedicated areas, understanding their specific needs and requirements, and developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Meeting sales targets for the region and local teams, monitoring, and reporting sales targets and action plans per country
  • Training and managing local Key Account members in designated regions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • More than 7-10 years of experience in fleet business of the automotive industry
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and independent
  • Perfect interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Croatian and English
