About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Fleet Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and resolving driver issues. You'll also serve as a representative and ambassador for the team within the company and to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fleet Operations Strategist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the strategy for and of driver lifecycle events from sourcing to offboarding
  • Building and managing a team to develop processes for and manage driver lifecycle and performance
  • Handling escalations and managing conflict resolutions with our customers
  • Planning, processing, and executing approved vehicle purchases through our partner OEMs
  • Ensuring fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
  • Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits
  • Supporting operational driver safety and compliance
  • Contributing to the budgeting process from a Fleet Operations perspective
  • Liaising with peers within the region and company to share knowledge and optimize operations
  • Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Using data to increase business operational efficiency
  • Leading the deployment and quality of the supply chain (i.e. Moove Driver partners)
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to initiate creative local strategies and user growth campaigns
  • Recommending improvements to the product models to ensure that products are affordable and attractive to our driver partners
  • Focusing the team on ensuring DPs hit their KPIs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Preferred degree in Logistics or Mechanical Engineering or Management
  • 6 years of similar experience in logistics or supply functions in startups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savviness and data centricity
  • Growth mindset to scale up products and new geographies
Estimate Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
