AdTech Innovation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned AdTech professional to drive revenue growth through innovative technology-first strategies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the AdTech roadmap of our organization, leveraging expertise in programmatic monetization and yield management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programmatic Strategy & Optimization
    • Design and execute data-driven strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels.
    • Monitor key performance metrics, including eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics, to inform continuous improvement.
    • Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes to optimize revenue potential.
  • AdTech Integration & Infrastructure
    • Lead the integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions to enhance our ad infrastructure.
    • Drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions, ensuring seamless technical setup, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • Innovation & Experimentation
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continually identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Run controlled experiments and scale successful initiatives to drive business impact.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and its intricacies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across integrations and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and editorial.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of driving results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
