We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our financial products.

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-End Business Ownership: Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution: Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.

You will be responsible for leading business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking. You will also be responsible for driving key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.

As a Growth Manager, you will be comfortable working with data, driving experimentation, and optimizing business metrics to meet aggressive growth targets. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
