Job Title: Enterprise Growth Strategist
The company specializes in high-quality, customized steel forgings primarily in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals sectors. It is expanding into new verticals in Railways, Infrastructure, and Defense.
The Role:
- Owning the enterprise P&L and leading the next phase of growth involves expanding markets, upgrading operations and technology, and building a high-performance culture.
- Taking end-to-end ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG requires driving market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals; building channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
- Building a predictable order book and margin profile necessitates negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts, modernizing manufacturing: improving throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality.
- Deploying capex with IRR/ROI discipline and leading digital/ERP transformation are also important responsibilities.
- Additionally, strengthening supply chain resilience—vendor development for alloys and strategic sourcing—are required as well as establishing a performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.
- Representing the company with customers, JV/tech partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies is another aspect of this role.
