Job Description:

This is a dynamic role for an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist with a proven track record in revenue management and data analysis within the short-term vacation rental industry.

About the Role:

This position involves leveraging complex data sets to drive revenue growth, develop pricing strategies, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • We are seeking a highly analytical individual who can analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to inform revenue decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or similar tools, as well as proficiency in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Occupancy Trends Analysis: Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimize pricing.
  • Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market indicators and competitor performance to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports to support internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
