Job Opportunity: Revenue Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

  We are seeking an experienced RevOps specialist to lead the implementation of full-funnel revenue optimization systems across our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup and configuration of HubSpot implementations across marketing, sales, and service hubs.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
  • Map revenue processes and create scalable workflows and automations.
  • Integrate with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses) to enhance client ROI.
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-hub HubSpot setups (marketing + CRM + CX).
  • Expertise in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
  • Analytical mindset - able to find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
