We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Growth Analyst.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive cohort analysis using data from mobile attribution platforms to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.

  • The ideal candidate will calculate and monitor key growth metrics including customer lifetime value (LTV), return on investment (ROI), return on ad spend (ROAS), payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • The remote analyst will build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.

This role involves collaborating with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process raw data for analytical purposes. The successful candidate will develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, economics, business analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a growth analyst, marketing analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with additional BI tools and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline development, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
