Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Business Development Lead to join our team. This exciting opportunity is focused on leading business growth in India's sustainable mobility future.

As a dynamic professional, you will handle all sales activities within your city, responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and driving growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • 1) Lead Generation & Nurturing:
    • Identify new prospects and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through online and offline channels.
    • Proactively reach out, follow-up, and nurture relationships through regular communication and tailored interactions.
  • 2) Sales and Deal Closure:
    • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
    • Manage negotiations for profitable, mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer onboarding to meet acquisition targets.
  • 3) Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs deeply and propose tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential.
  • 4) Market Intelligence:
    • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations.
    • Share data-driven insights internally to align product offerings, optimize marketing and sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • 5) Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • 6) Team Building:
