  • 6-9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and analyzing data to drive results.
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.

Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably, reducing CAC without hurting conversions, and driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple channels.
  • Analyze performance data to make informed decisions that drive profitable growth.
  • Partner with clients to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive real ecommerce revenue.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Qualifications:
  • 6-9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and analyzing data to drive results.
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
