Job Title: Digital Marketplace Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketplace Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing product catalogues across various online marketplaces to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling online and/or retail websites, with a strong understanding of Amazon business practices and operations. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product catalogues across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Noon, and Firstcry
  • Review and optimize product images, titles, descriptions, features, and specifications to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Create and manage sponsored advertisement campaigns on Amazon
  • Update stock reports as per client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling online and/or retail websites
  • Familiarity with Amazon business and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with image editing and web optimization tools (e.g., Photoshop, Fireworks, Gimp)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
