
Channel Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Channel Partner & Sourcing vertical as a Senior Sourcing Strategist.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building a high-performing sourcing organization structure, developing incentive frameworks for Channel Partners, and personally engaging with top-tier partners for business activation. They will also hire, mentor, and lead sourcing managers/executives, drive engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms, and report on CP channel contribution.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, preferably with 12-15 years of experience and at least 5+ years in leadership roles for CP/Sourcing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build the sourcing organization structure (CP managers, corporate tie-up team, activations)
- Develop CP incentive frameworks aligned with sales goals
- Personally engage with top-tier CPs & institutional partners for business activation
- Hire, mentor & lead sourcing managers/executives
- Drive CP engagement via events, training, loyalty programs & digital platforms
- Report CP channel contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue)
- Sourcing team setup within 6 months
- 50–70% sales contribution from CPs (Ahmedabad benchmark)
- Robust corporate partnership pipeline
- Structured CP meet/event calendar
Ideal Candidate: MBA/Graduate with strong sales background, excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, and a proven track record of scaling CP-driven sales.
