Key Responsibilities: Design and lead the overall sourcing org structure (CP managers, corporate tie-ups, activations) Develop incentive frameworks for CPs aligned with business goals Personally engage with top-tier CPs & institutional partners to drive quick closures Hire, mentor & lead sourcing managers and executives Drive CP engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms Report CP sourcing contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue share)Ideal Candidate: MBA/Graduate with strong sales background 12–15 years of real estate sales experience Minimum 5+ years in CP/Sourcing leadership roles at reputed developers Extensive CP network across Ahmedabad & Gujarat Proven track record of scaling CP-driven business Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills
