Human Capital Partner

The role focuses on forging strategic alliances with business units to synchronize human capital management and facilitate the attainment of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize and execute goal setting, mid-year review, and annual review processes.
  • Collaborate with managers in evaluating employees and conducting constructive performance feedback discussions through workshops.
  • Develop talent management review documents and facilitate career and succession planning for assigned business units.
Talent Acquisition

The position involves conceptualizing and executing annual resource requirements, ensuring timely hiring with minimal lead time for an effective employee lifecycle.

  • Coordinate human resource planning with business stakeholders.
  • Design and conduct interviews in collaboration with business partners.
  • Compile requirement listings for MTs/GETs/Campus Laterals; participate in shortlisting and interview processes.
Employee Engagement

The role requires ideating, developing, and implementing employee engagement and team building initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment, leading to enhanced productivity.

  • Prepare calendars for employee activities.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and team building initiatives.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts.
Talent Development

The position involves facilitating capability development for employees to create and nurture development charters, enabling them to achieve their business goals.

  • Collaborate in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all employees through regular consultation with business managers.
  • Ensure all employees are assigned special projects for their IDPs and monitor their completion.
HR Operations and Special Projects

The role encompasses managing day-to-day HR operations, facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes, and policies to support business operations, and handling special projects.

  • Generate First Impression Reports.
  • Provide buddy support.
  • Implement code of conduct.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating the organization structure and employee database, as well as addressing employee grievances and responding to employee inquiries.
