Job Overview:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of our human capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruitment Management: Assist in job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee orientation, performance evaluations, offboarding procedures, and related HR administrative tasks.
  • HR Operations Support: Provide support in HR policies, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Employee Engagement and Support: Coordinate with various departments to address employee queries and concerns, and provide support in organizing training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in HR operations, preferably in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
  • Sound knowledge of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification or additional HR-related training.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS or other HR technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems.
