
Human Capital Strategist

Job Overview:
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of our human capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment Management: Assist in job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee orientation, performance evaluations, offboarding procedures, and related HR administrative tasks.
- HR Operations Support: Provide support in HR policies, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Employee Engagement and Support: Coordinate with various departments to address employee queries and concerns, and provide support in organizing training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in HR operations, preferably in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Sound knowledge of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- HR certification or additional HR-related training.
- Experience in implementing HRIS or other HR technology solutions.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
