The Role of Philanthropy and Nonprofits:

We believe the government is the key actor for system change, and philanthropy/nonprofits support strategically. Our network includes 20+ organisations addressing specific socio-economic development areas, from school education and governance to women's empowerment and export competitiveness.


Position Summary:

By 2030, we aim to build deep partnerships with the national government and at least 6 large Indian states, along with knowledge-sharing ties with 68 others.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnership Management: Develop content-driven relationships with top decision-makers and influencers at national and state levels.
  2. Cultivation of Champions: Cultivate a network of champions, including leading industrialists, former administrators, academics, practitioners, and experts.
  3. Policy Reform Agenda: Co-build and implement a robust policy reform agenda aligning with national priorities.
  4. Government Coordination and Support: Establish small coordination/policy support units working with government bodies at high levels.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in government, policy, public affairs, corporate affairs, or similar roles with strong government engagement, and demonstrated success in working with senior stakeholders at national and state levels.
