Job Title: Senior Lending Strategist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our lending efforts, leveraging market insights and expertise to drive sales growth while maintaining risk tolerance. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, build strong relationships with existing partners, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisitions.
  • Analyze transaction banking needs of customers to identify opportunities for loan acquisition.
  • Provide regular feedback to colleagues on potential business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Ensure adherence to established selling norms and SOPs, as well as strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
