Job Title:
  • Senior Mortgage Lending Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Processing and Evaluation:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of mortgage loan applications to ensure all necessary documents are in order, including financial information, credit history, and property details.
  • Credit Assessment and Risk Analysis:
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants by analyzing their income, debt levels, credit scores, and loan repayment capacity.
  • Loan Approval and Rejection:
  • Make informed decisions regarding the approval or rejection of mortgage loan applications based on credit analysis and compliance with industry standards.
  • Mortgage Loan Structuring:
  • Develop customized loan terms, interest rates, and repayment structures tailored to individual customers' financial profiles and organizational guidelines.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients about loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment plans.
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Monitor the performance of the mortgage loan portfolio, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize overall performance.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed reports on mortgage loan applications, approvals, rejections, and portfolio performance for management review.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to minimize risk and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Operations Teams:
