Secured Loan Training Program

This is a training program focused on secured lending for young professionals. The program aims to empower learners with knowledge and skills required in the secured lending space.

The role of the Secured Loan Training Lead involves designing and delivering structured learning programs. This includes developing curriculum, creating content, recording video lessons, and coordinating with editors.

The ideal candidate should have experience in secured loans and a passion for teaching and content creation. They should be able to simplify complex loan concepts and communicate effectively with learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Create structured training modules with clear learning outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Write scripts, PPTs, case studies, and assessments focused on secured loans.
  • Delivery & Recording: Record high-quality sessions, coordinate with video editors, and ensure learner engagement.
  • Certification Path: Define assessments, grading standards, and certification criteria.
  • Continuous Updates: Keep modules updated with market and regulatory changes in secured lending.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans) in banking, NBFCs, or fintech.
  • Experience in training, instructional design, or L&D preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; strong on-camera presence.
  • Ability to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners.
Good-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).
  • Previous work on certification or skill-development programs.
