Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to develop a comprehensive understanding of loan documentation and its management, specifically for Loan Against Securities and other funding products. This position requires a strong analytical mind, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for loan documentation and management;
  • Conduct thorough audits of operational activities related to client onboarding and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA/Post Graduate degree is an added advantage;
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance industry, preferably in loan documentation and management;
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation and its management principles;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of MIS preparation and reporting;
  • Experience with stamp paper procurement, execution, and storage of loan documentation;
  • Ability to assist in developing or updating firm technology operations services methodologies;
