Job Title

A Financial Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the successful implementation of Workday Finance modules, ensuring they meet organizational financial requirements and support effective financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a comprehensive implementation plan, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborating with procurement stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into system configurations.
  • Leading the configuration and customization of Workday finance module to meet specific procurement processes and requirements.
  • Overseeing data migration from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition.
  • Coordinating integration of Workday finance module with other systems, such as payroll, procurement, and billing systems.
  • Developing and executing test plans to validate the accuracy and functionality of the Workday finance module implementation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage organizational change and user adoption of the Workday finance module.
Requirements:
  • 4 or more large enterprise end-to-end Workday financials implementations experience.
  • Hands-on design, solutioning, configuration, and testing experience in procurement modules and integration with other application areas.
  • Global/multi-country deployments experience with localization requirements.
  • Ability to identify strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and mitigations to meet requirements.
  • Experience in financial accounting and procurement roles.
