Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Consultant to support our transition to a new Financial, Accounting and Planning system (Workday). This role will involve analyzing learning needs, designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our staff. The ideal candidate will have expertise in training design, development and delivery in complex organizations, with experience co-delivering training alongside technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-level learning needs analysis for knowledge, skills and behaviours required for Workday adoption
  • Design and develop engaging learning journeys aligned with clear learning outcomes
  • Deliver accessible training solutions using varied formats (digital, in-person, interactive, social media, video)
  • Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to co-deliver global training
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven 6+ years of experience in training design, development and delivery in complex organizations
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise systems
  • Expertise in designing and implementing engaging and accessible learning experiences
  • Prominent levels of cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence
  • Experience co-delivering training alongside technical teams and SMEs
