Technical Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Designing and developing complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Implementing and maintaining integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Creating technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, leveraging your skills in integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services. We value expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
