About the Role

At OneNDF, we believe every borrower deserves the right loan, not just any loan. As our Loan Specialist , you'll be the bridge between MSME borrowers and 120+ banks & NBFCs.

You'll assess each borrower's unique needs, analyze their credit profile, and then pair them with the perfect lending partner — ensuring faster approvals, better terms, and happier customers.

A blended sales and credit profile. You will be the touchpoint of the customer to understand requirement, assess his eligibility across the lenders and close-loop the sanction to disbursement process.

  • t Profiling: Revi ew credit scores, financial statements, and collateral details to assess loan eligibility.Lende
  • r Mapping: Matc h each borrower to the most suitable bank/NBFC product from our network, balancing interest rates, tenures, and loan amounts.Proce
  • ss Facilitation: Coor dinate with Relationship Managers, underwriters, and lenders to ensure smooth and fast application processing.Catal
  • yst Role: Remo ve bottlenecks, mediate between borrower and lender, and ensure clear communication throughout the process.Data
  • & Insights: Main tain accurate borrower records in our CRM and share feedback for improving lender matchmaking algorithms.Relat

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' mandatory experience in banking, NBFCs having done this similar role.
  • Strong understanding of secured loan products - Mortgages
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financials and credit reports.
  • A customer-first approach — solving borrower challenges with empathy and precision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled lending environment.
