Position: Brand Strategist & Storyteller

Type: Full-time /Hybrid | Startup environment | Immediate start

Location: Green Park, South Delhi

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who can turn complex ideas into emotional, human-first narratives. You'll help shape how the world sees us, from our brand voice to our website copy, investor decks to clinic posters, social media to campaign themes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve the brand story and messaging architecture across all touchpoints
  • Lead narrative strategy across digital, product, marketing, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with founders, clinicians, designers, and marketers to find stories worth telling
  • Own and write key copy: website, pitch decks, campaigns, ads, brochures, and scripts
  • Craft narratives for new initiatives like Conceive Plus, Egg Freezing, Regenerative Therapies, etc.
  • Use storytelling to drive awareness, trust, and action

We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in brand storytelling, copywriting, or creative strategy
  • Experience working with startups, creative agencies, or mission-driven brands
  • Ability to distill science and data into emotional resonance
  • Versatility to go from pitch decks to Instagram carousels to founder voice copy
  • High emotional intelligence and an ear for tone, timing, and truth
  • Someone who believes storytelling can change health outcomes and behavior

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in health, wellness, women's issues, or fertility
  • Experience working with doctors, health brands, or scientific products
  • Bonus points if you've worked in editorial, brand journalism, or Substack-style formats
