Job Title:

A Senior HR Strategist Position

Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, including employee recruitment and retention strategies
  • HR Policy Development & Compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Performance Management, analyzing employee performance and providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Employee Relations & Industrial Relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts
  • Learning & Development (L&D), designing and delivering training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Compensation & Benefits, developing and administering compensation and benefits packages
  • HR Systems & Analytics, implementing and maintaining HR systems and analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect, and improving employee engagement and retention
  • Strategic HR Planning, collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in a corporate HR role, preferably with a strong background in talent acquisition and management
  • MBA or MSW qualification, with expertise in human resources, organizational behavior, or a related field

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive business results.
