Deliver Exceptional Results with HCM Implementation Expertise

As a seasoned Fusion HCM Consultant, you will have expertise in implementing Human Capital Management solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Participate in at least 1-2 HCM implementation projects, ensuring successful project execution and delivering quality solutions.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose appropriate solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Leverage Technical Expertise for Enhanced Efficiency

Possess technical expertise in HCM Cloud, particularly in extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader).

Proficient in creating payroll interfaces using extracts, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Skilled in migrating/uploading worker data, absences, goals, security settings, and other relevant data using HDL.

Familiarity with personalization and security aspects within HCM Cloud, ensuring a secure and tailored user experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in HCM Cloud implementation and Talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues.
