Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Delhi, India. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, supporting sales efforts, and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients, managing customer databases, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing project management oversight, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
