Role Overview:
As a Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner locations. You'll ensure smooth onboarding, timely follow-ups, and long-term satisfaction of our partner venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential partner locations (cafés, restaurants, hospitals, colleges, etc.)
- Ensure successful installation of Urja Box kiosks and provide basic training to staff on usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site owners/managers.
- Visit existing sites to gather feedback and ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the operations & tech team for issue resolution.
- Maintain partner data, follow-up logs, and reports in CRM.
- Identify upsell opportunities or event-based placement of kiosks.
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally (bike preferred)
- Good negotiation & relationship management ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Experience in on-ground sales or partnerships is a plus
