This role presents an opportunity to play a pivotal part in the design and execution of critical human capital programs, leveraging research, analytics, and industry insights to drive business outcomes.
The practitioner will be responsible for implementing the Dayforce HCM system globally, configuring, implementing, and providing production/warranty support. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to lead multiple testing workstreams and stakeholder partnerships in testing.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and implement the Dayforce HCM system in a global setup
- Design and propose effective workforce management solutions using Dayforce components
- Familiarize with core payroll processes and configure HR, Payroll, Benefit, Onboarding, and Talent modules
- Lead testing workstreams and stakeholder partnerships in testing
- Dayforce skill experience with 2-12 years
- Experience with Dayforce configuration, especially integrations building/testing/deployment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with core payroll processes and configuration of HR, Payroll, Benefit, Onboarding, and Talent modules
- Dayforce certification is a plus
